Attending Hope

Tuition

Tuition is determined based on a sliding scale that takes into account each family’s financial situation, specifically looking at the annual household income and number of dependents in the home.

Tuition rates are designed to accommodate all financial situations, from unemployed to two-salary households. Rates will be discussed during the application process.

Additional costs

In addition to tuition, parents should be prepared to cover the cost of khaki pants/shorts as part of the school uniform and school supplies.

Eligibility requirements

Hope Academy is open to any student entering grades 5-8 that lives along the Florida Street corridor, extending from Holden Road to East Lee Street. This includes the Glenwood, Smith Homes, Hampton Homes, and Ray Warren communities.

Exceptions

On a case-by-case basis, the Board of Directors may choose to allow students outside of these criteria to enroll.

Transportation

Please note, transportation is NOT provided to/from Hope Academy.  Many of our students walk to school.  We are happy to connect families to each other to set up carpools.

Equal opportunity

Hope Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the admission process.
